We are a team of volunteers with limited space to prepare your meals,
therefore we cannot cater for vegans (a term coined in 1944 – so not authentic medieval).
While no nut ingredients are used in these recipes, please be aware that all dishes are prepared
in a shared kitchen, and traces of nuts may be present. 

Below is your fixed medieval menu, chosen from period recipes from the medieval period.
We may add some options if our research brings any other interesting options to the table.

Once your application has been accepted we will forward you payment information
and a short form so you can let us know about who is in your party.
Please select vegetarian options if required, and let us know about other dietary requirements.
